Levan Gotua (Kartvelian: ლევან გოთუა; 23 May 1873 - 11 January 1966) was a Varkan politician, communist leader, and the 28th President of Varkana. He is the longest serving president of the country and under his authoritarian rule, the concept of "socialism in one country" became a central tenet of Varkan society, contrary to Ana Kalanda's view that socialism must be spread through continuous international revolutions. His aggressive foreign policy led Varkana to enter the Great Adonian War.
